At this year’s TEFAF NEW YORK SPRING 2022, Laffanour Galerie Downtown/Paris will present some of the most important masterpieces of French design : Jean Prouvé, Charlotte Perriand, Jean Royère and Pierre Jeanneret.

Laffanour Galerie Downtown/Paris will unveil a custom-made bookcase, the ‘Presidency ‘desk and a chair by Jean Prouvé, along with other iconic pieces from the 30s to 50s, the speciality of the Parisian gallery. We will discover a Jean Royère bookcase which was a special commission for an appartement in Paris; a chair by Charlotte Perriand edited by B.C.C.; and a set of living room furniture, a sofa and two armchairs from 1955 by Pierre Jeanneret from Chandigard. The booth will also display bronze dishes and candleholders by the contemporary artist Richard Texier, some ceramics by Georges Jouve and ceiling lights by Isamu Noguchi.
