CMS Collection joins forces with François Laffanour – Galerie Downtown Paris to create a dialogue between design and contemporary art at Paris+ by Art Basel.

CMS Collection was born of the desire of three friends and passionate collectors, Joanna Chevalier, Hervé Mikaeloff and François Sarkozy, to build a joint collection and develop a platform to support contemporary artistic creation. Drawing on their extensive experience in the art world, they accompany artists on their artistic journeys. This year, for the first time, the three founders have decided to stage a group show featuring five of the international artists who make up their collection: Anas Albraehe, Marcella Barceló, Huong Dodinh, Nabil Nahas and Yunyao Zang. To enhance the scenography, François Laffanour will present iconic pieces with sculptural allure by designers such as Ron Arad, Gae Aulenti, Choï Byung Hoon and Pierre Jeanneret.
